H.R. 2668: Brian A. Terry Memorial Act

Dear Chairman Lieberman and Ranking Member Collins,

I am writing on behalf of the more than 26,000 members of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) to advise you of our strong support for H.R. 2668, H.R. 2668: Brian A. Terry Memorial Act, offered by Rep. Darrell Issa [R-CA49] FLEOA recognizes Rep. Issa for honoring Agent Terry's heroic sacrifice by dedicating the BP Station in his name.

This legislation is introduced to designate the station of the United States Border Patrol located at 2136 South Naco Highway in Bisbee, Arizona, as the "Brian A. Terry Border Patrol Station". FLEOA appreciates your committee's efforts to mark up this important legislation and move it forward.

On behalf of the membership of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association, thank you for your attention to our concerns. Agent Terry represents a proud tradition of honor and dedication of the men and women that serve in the United States Border Patrol. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need me to provide you with any additional information or assistance.

Respectfully,

Frank Terreri
