Retired Members
The FLEOA retirement program was created in 2008 to provide a formal program for FLEOA retired members to participate in FLEOA‘s mission, receive benefits similar to those members on active duty and over time develop programs and activities that are unique to our retired status. Current benefits include legal services relative to post retirement employment, issues relative to the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act and various contractual issues including issues regarding the Federal Employees Health Benefits program. The Retirement Director is also a member of the FLEOA legislative and legal committees. The Retirement Program is administered by the Retirement Director and other volunteers.
