CHARACTERS UNITE:  represents a new movement committed to combating prejudice and intolerance, and promoting greater acceptance and mutual respect.

FLEOA FOUNDATION:  Established to financially assist surviving family members of federal law enforcement members killed in the line of duty; financially assist federal law enforcement members who have become disabled; financially assist federal law enforcement employees and their families in "select" instances (severe trauma or financial loss where no other source of assistance is available); provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships to students pursuing a career in the law enforcement field; and provide selective grants to charitable organizations.

INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT EDUCATORS AND TRAINERS ASSOCIATION (ILEETA): is a professional organization by, for, and about instructors and training for the criminal justice professions.

NATIONAL INSURANCE CRIME BUREAU (NICB):  The NICB is the nation's leading not-for-profit organization dedicated exclusively to preventing, detecting, and defeating insurance fraud and vehicle theft through information analysis, investigations, training and public awareness.

NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS MEMORIAL FUND:  generates increased public support for the law enforcement profession by permanently recording and appropriately commemorating the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers; and to provide information that will help promote law enforcement safety.

PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS' DEATH BENEFITS:  provides a one-time financial benefit to the eligible survivors of public safety officers whose deaths are the direct and proximate result of a traumatic injury sustained in the line of duty.

WILLS FOR HEROES:  programs provide essential legal documents free of charge to our nation's first responders, including wills, living wills, and powers of attorney.  By helping first responders plan now, they ensure their family's legal affairs are in order before a tragedy hits.  The 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit Wills for Heroes Foundation supports these Wills programs, giving back to the community and "protecting those who protect us."
