All purchasers of FLEOA "logo" merchandise are advised that the names, "FLEOA" or "Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association", as well as any "logo" or symbol, which purport to represent the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association are the exclusive property of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association. No use may be made of the aforesaid names or symbols other than by authorized representatives of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association for those purposes authorized by FLEOA. All logo items purchasers expressly agree that the items purchased are for the exclusive personal use of the purchaser or his immediate household, and that they are personally liable for any misuse of said item, name or symbol. All purchasers further expressly agree that any resale or transfer of any such item is expressly prohibited without the express, prior written consent of FLEOA's National President, or its Office of the General Counsel. Under no circumstances are FLEOA names, "logos", symbols, or media to be used as identification media for any purpose whatsoever, and never to officially identify an individual as a member of law enforcement or as possessing any law enforcement authority whatsoever.
